2005 – Promoted to Team Leader; cultivated a culture of precision, empathy, and growth within the Contact Center.

2008 – As Performance Improvement Manager, championed staff development programs that unlocked hidden potential and confidence.

2009 – Pioneered the Women-Only Contact Center — an initiative that evolved into a global model for inclusion and cross-cultural collaboration.

2015 – Led and mentored over 380 employees, empowering each to design their own success story.

2017 – 2023 – As Staff Travel Senior Manager, guided operations and policies supporting more than 20,000 employees, ensuring every journey reflected care, purpose, and people-first values.

2025 – Embarked on a new milestone: pursuing a PhD in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) — bridging neuroscience, communication, and human potential to deepen the art of transformation.
